[線代] Frobenius norm
How to prove that Frobenius norm (http://ppt.cc/LSYY) is consistent
ie. hold the three properties
1. ||A|| >= 0
2. ||A+B|| <= ||A|| + ||B||
3. ||a*A|| = |a| * ||A||
The 1 and 3 are easy to prove but I am stucking in the second property :(
