[機統] 常態分配近似Poisson分配的問題
題目如下
Customers arrive at a travel agency at a mean rate of 11 per hour. Assuming
that the number of arrivals per hour has a Possion distribution, what is the
probability that more than 10 customers arrive in a given hour?
這題的話解答是用常態近似poisson分配去解，
可是它題目沒有說到要用常態近似去解阿
如果直接用possion去解的話不能嗎?
還有這題用POISSION解出來的機率0.54011
用常態近似解出來是0.5596，誤差值有點大耶
希望統計高手可以替小弟解惑一下 感激不盡
