[請益]一個名詞的解釋

剛剛看paper 看到XRD部分的時候 常常會出現一個名詞 preferred orientation 例如 The (100)/(111) preferred orientation of the ITO film can be made dominant by decreasing/increasing oxygen partial pressure, increasing/decreasing Substrate temperature, and increasing/decreasing film thickness. 請問這preferred orientation 是什麼意思 我看GOOGLE 說是擇優取向 跟從優取向 好但感覺好像是大陸的方法 還是不知道他的涵義 問看看板上對RRD了解的人 看可不可以幫我解釋一下~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.130.32.63
