[問題]請教幾個論文的問題
剛剛閱讀一篇Paper碰到了幾個問題，在Google查不到解釋
現在半夜又沒人可以問，實在很想趕快解決，請知道的人幫幫忙~
這篇是關於歐姆接觸，有提到
Au/Ge/Ni ohmic contact have several drawbacks,such as "large spread
of the contact resistivity","poor contact edge definition",and the
"annealing temperature was high due to the eutectic Au/Ge alloy
(The Au/Ge eutectic temperature is 361℃.) "
有問題的是"_"有引號的地方，共有3部分，希望有好心人能解釋一下
