跟一個外國學者要檔案想參考看看 他先把PDF檔案寄來了 才說要收錢 XD 早知要錢就不要跟他拿@@ 可以不給錢嗎? 反正他在英國XD 他的信是這樣寫的 There is a small charge for the manual to cover administration.
