[請益] 個性浮可以先練什麼??
因為左右的髖關節都受傷引起全身性的肌筋膜炎,所以平時首重拉筋,
我曾嘗試太極,發現有些下身和單腳站的動作很傷我的關節,一般的運
動如單車或游泳,對我有些單調,我希望在工作壓力大的同時,可以學
習一樣武術來鍛練自己的心性,不要讓周遭浮燥的氣氛,使我的全身都
疼痛和拉肚子,感謝各位大大的指引~
