MIAMI - There was a mess on the field, and for a change it wasn't the Florida
Marlins' fault.

Countless silvery pompon strands blew onto the diamond Saturday on pompom
giveaway night, but the Marlins emerged from the litter with a 6-3 win over
the Los Angeles Dodgers to break a five-game losing streak.

Andrew Miller (1-1), activated from the disabled list before the game, won

The home team showed a little sparkle, too. Miller allowed four walks and

Milton retired the first two batters in the third, then misplaced his
control. A walk, a hit batsman and two more walks forced in a run.

The Marlins scored in the second on Cody Ross' two-out RBI double. They added
two unearned runs in the eighth after shortstop Rafael Furcal misplayed a

Juan Pierre, making his ninth consecutive start in left field in place of

6. 目前小亨利的2B數量14支與國聯的Orlando Hudson還有Freddy Sanchez並列第一，肥
