Update一下,
皇家隊在 Rule 5 Draft 的第11順位選了左投手 Jose Lugo,
而我們用 US$50000 再跟皇家買了過來
所以今年MLB phase的Rule 5 Draft, 水手總共獲得兩位球員.

Skinny: Still learning control (and won’t have command), but has plus-plus
fastball with 91-95 mph velo, excellent sink.
