[請益] 憲訓體能&受傷問題
因為新訓的時候弄傷手腕
做伏地挺身的時候會不太舒服 趁結訓假有看醫生&休息
但傷勢還是沒有完全好
加上我自己體能就不太好 新訓鑑測只能勉強做25個伏地體升
怕憲訓加重份量的話可能患處會更嚴重
應該在受訓的時候跟幹部反映嗎?
有別的替代方式可以訓量大臂嗎?
又有一點擔心達不到結訓的標準或者是下部隊應該有的體能
想問一下第三周三項體能測驗的及格標準是多少?
