Blue Jays To Acquire R.A. Dickey The Mets are selling high on R.A. Dickey after the 38-year-old knuckleballer's Cy Young season. They have agreed in principle to a trade that will send Dickey to the Blue Jays, Ken Rosenthal reports (on Twitter). The deal is contingent on Toronto being able to work out a contract extension with Dickey and they'll have a negotiating window of 72 hours, expiring Tuesday at 1pm CST (Twitter link).Andy Martino of the New York Daily News tweeted negotiations have already begun between Dickey and the Blue Jays.
