4. 在草地上匍匐前進
5. 螃蟹走路
6. 在海灘上扛著電線杆跑步
7. 在外野互丟卡車輪胎
8. 被水柱顏射
9. 跳進沙堆裡
結果在特訓不久之後 頂尖新秀Jameson Taillon就在徒手搏擊中膝蓋受傷
雖然傷勢不嚴重
但也不禁讓人疑惑 到底海盜推動這些特訓的目的是什麼?
