Selig Calls International Draft 'Inevitable' MLB pushed through significant changes to its draft in the most recent Collective Bargaining Agreement, and commissioner Bud Selig says the changes aren't done. 大聯盟在最新的集體薪資協定(簡稱CBA)中對選秀的部分做了很大的改變， Selig表示改變還沒結束呢!
