Abstract
I will present methods for (1) predicting transcription factors involved
in cell cycle and their potential interactions and (2) transcription factor
binding sites from genomic data such microarray data, ChIP-chip data and
genomic sequence data. I will also present a method for high-dimensional
scaling and its application to microarray data.
