MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota Twins have activated left fielder Delmon Young from the 15-day disabled list. The Twins announced the move before Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays and optioned outfielder Rene Tosoni to Triple-A Rochester to make room on the 25-man roster. Young went on the DL on April 27 with a strained left oblique muscle near his rib cage, batting just .228 with three doubles and six RBIs in 57 at-bats before he was hurt.
