Of course only Rafa and his staff know for sure which players - if any - are on his wanted list for the second half of the season, but we've compiled a run down of the major names linked with Liverpool since the turn of the year to keep you right up to date with the players allegedly interesting the Reds. 1.Maxi Rodriguez Rafa has confirmed the Reds are interested in Atletico Madrid's highly-talented Argentina international, who can operate on either flank or just behind the forwards. 2.Ruud van Nistelrooy Veteran ex-Manchester United striker who has scored goals for fun wherever he's played, but currently out of favour at Real Madrid. 3.Arda Turan 22-year-old winger who is rated as one of the hottest prospects in Turkish football. The Galatasaray ace is said to be keen on a move to Anfield. 4.Scott Parker Combative midfielder with bags of experience in the Barclays Premier League. Parker has excelled since moving to West Ham in 2007. 5.Vasilis Torosidis The 24-year-old Olympiacos right-back has been linked with a move to Anfield to bolster the Reds' defensive ranks in the absence of the injured Glen Johnson. Torosidis, a regular for Greece, can also operate at left-back. 6.Jan Oblak 16-year-old custodian who is said to be one of the brightest goalkeeping prospects in Europe. The Olimpija Ljubljana stopper is reported to have been a guest at Liverpool's recent Anfield clash with Arsenal and has already represented Slovenia U21s. 7.Milan Jovanovic The Serbian striker reportedly claims Liverpool are interested in securing his services, and the 28-year-old is out of contract at Standard Liege this summer. 8.Victor Moses The talented Crystal Palace striker is one of the hottest properties in the Championship. 19-year-old Moses has scored five goals so far this term. 9.Marouane Chamakh Highly-coveted Moroccan frontman who has long been linked with a move to the Barclays Premier League. The 25-year-old is out of contract with Bordeaux in the summer. 10.Ryan Shawcross Stoke's powerful centre-back is said to be interesting several of the Barclays Premier League's elite clubs, including Liverpool. 11.Ezequiel Lavezzi Napoli's Argentinean frontman has once again been linked with Liverpool, though the striker's agent doesn't believe his client will move during the January transfer window. 12.Nicolas Lodeiro Skilful 20-year-old Uruguayan attacking midfielder who has caught the eye with a series of dazzling performances for his club Nacional this season. Lodeiro is also a regular for his nation's U20 side. 13.Rafael van der Vaart The talented Dutch playmaker has been linked with a move to the Barclays Premier League having found first-team opportunities hard to come by at Real Madrid so far this season. 14.Luis Suarez Energetic Ajax striker who has been prolific in front of goal in Holland. Despite being just 22, the Uruguayan is the captain of the Dutch club, such has been his impact in Amsterdam.
