最近我朋友遇到匯款上的麻煩~
因為等級不夠，又買很大XD
所以被鎖住~
這家經營不下四年的公司信譽果然還不錯@@"

We have recently met numerous cases of massive scam with Paypal purchases.
我們最近有幾筆詐騙案件，是用paypal交易
That is why we had to intervene and lock several accounts for security
reasons and to give us time to check all transactions.
簡單說這就是為什麼要鎖帳號以便他們花時間來調查
There is a limitation in credits purchase according to your level to avoid
these Paypal scams.
下面是等級跟對應你等級的錢，來防治paypal詐騙
Accounts are automatically locked when these limits are reached :
- Lower than lvl 5 : less than 500 credits per day
- Lower than lvl 25 : less than 3000 credits per day
- Lower than lvl 50 : less than 5000 credits per day
- Higher than lvl 50 : less than 6000 credits per day
We will unlock your account and you will receive some credits in compensation.
解鎖了，還另外補償了10%左右的credits
