[問題] 便宜的高蛋白食物(練肌肉專用)
事情是這樣子的
男友是重訓狂
嚮往擁有非常大量的肌肉
要增加肌肉量
攝取飲食方面
一定要有大量的蛋白質
(高蛋白低油低鹽飲食)
但因為兩人都還是學生
我們又想要存錢
脂肪低的優質肉類真的頗貴(雞胸肉、低脂牛肉)
但我每天灌食無糖豆漿許多顆水煮蛋白
他已經到了一個看到這兩樣東西就倒彈的地步
請問大家有什麼脂肪低的肉類
不用花大把銀子就能取得的方式呢?
或者是尋求蛋白質含量高卻不貴的其他食物
ps.順便尋求除了護髮、食用之外可以利用蛋黃的方式~
