and you could be feeling disappointed. But blaming someone can't do anything
constructive. Use your combined energies to come up with a plan
for repair, and move on. You'll not only make progress

當團隊(工作)中出現了問題(錯誤)，大部分會讓一人去承擔責任，
不論這個人是否有責任在身，秤子，這都不是個明智的選擇。
你向來非常重視公平/公正性，所以你可能會為此責怪
做出錯誤決策或犯錯的某人，同時在這件事情(工作)上
投入不少心力的你也會因而感到失望。
但是，責備並不能給予實質的幫助，試著去規劃該如何修復(改善)問題吧！
然後繼續向前邁進，你獲得的將不止是進步而已，也會使團隊更加堅強。

身為秤子，近日其實也是不太順利(應該說天秤不順很久了吧...)
但還是希望能夠分享一點正能量給版上的大家
另外我也詳想說，自從看了一篇文章後(一時找不到連結...= =a）
其實適當的釋放負能量也是可以的啊，補充正能量之餘，也別忘了排掉那些負能量
覺得過的不順遂心情不美麗，那就找個方法宣洩負面情緒吧！太過壓抑自己也不好
希望看完文章的各位運勢也會開始往上攀升!!
