or behaves irresponsibly. Sometimes, though, you take your personal rules too
far, and you interpret outrageous risks and irresponsible behavior in too
strict a way. You may think, for example, that it's irresponsible to take
time for yourself when there are errands and obligations that need to be
dealt with - but sometimes that's exactly what you need to do. Don't limit
yourself now. Give yourself what you need, even if it isn't practical.
