與他人爭辯自己反對的論點時，我們也許會忘了有部分論點是自己也同意的。如此其他共事者可能會短暫地成為勁敵，也可能會造成衝突。不過獅子們，今天只要你認真傾聽，讓對方說明完他的解釋，即使你不贊同全體，也會發現有些部分是你也全心全意認同的。為了得出最佳解決方案打開心胸吧。

When we argue with someone over a point we disagree on, we might forget that there are other things that we do agree on. That other party may temporarily become a nemesis, and it could also lead to a conflict.
But if you truly listen to and hear out someone's explanation today, Leo, you may discover that there are some points that you can agree with wholeheartedly, even if you don't agree with everything. Be open-minded for the best solution.

過年期間不免會與親戚長輩們聊上幾句。
遇到意見不一致的議題時，聽完對方的論點，
擷取自己也同意的部分，再偷渡一些自己的想法。
例如：
長輩：「跟你說吼，吃蘋果對身體很好啦！
那個什麼醫生說一天一蘋果，不用來見我，
蘋果要每天吃知不知道blablabla」
自己：「嗯嗯嗯~身體健康真的很重要！
上次看到橘子有很多維生素C，纖維含量也很豐富，
所以最近都吃橘子顧健康，才能到處去玩blabla」
有共識才有溝通，先找出雙方共有的核心吧:3
(沒有共識就...那種一年只見幾次的就讓它去吧)
