* flour (n.) 麵粉 (rice flour指糯米粉)
Put three cups of flour into the bowl.
在碗裡倒入三杯麵粉。
* traditional (adj.) 傳統的
The dancers are wearing traditional clothing.
舞者們穿著傳統服飾。
* dessert (n.) 甜品
For dessert there's apple pie or fruit.

paste (n.) (餡、醬等) 糊狀物
We make these fish balls with fresh fish paste

英語會話--
Mindy and Kevin are preparing a family reunion dinner on Chinese New Year’s
Eve. The table is covered in ingredients.
Mindy跟Kevin正在為除夕年的家庭聚會準備晚餐。桌上擺滿食材。
M: What is that in the bowl?
M: 那碗裡面是甚麼東西?
K: That’s rice flour, for making tangyuan.
K: 是糯米粉，做湯圓用的
M: Tangyuan? What's that?
M: 湯圓? 那是啥?
K: It's a traditional dessert. It's a sweet soup with little balls in it.
My favorite kind uses sesame paste.
K: 湯圓是一種傳統的甜點。就是一種甜湯裡面有一顆顆的丸子。我最喜歡的湯圓是芝麻
內餡的。
M: And you also have fruit for dessert. I see tangerines and a pineapple.
M: 而且你們還有水果當甜點。我看到了橘子跟鳳梨。
K: Yes, they are lucky fruit.
K: 是的。他們是好運水果。
