This chapter explores the limitations of practical
integrated circuit (IC) devices when faced with
the requirement for low-power operation.(上文)
This is, however, not a treatise on semiconductor physics,
since the necessary theory is well covered in the usual
reference books. Neither is it a "designer's guide",
since this subject is the material for most of the
other chapters in this book.
