看到一句 意思不太能理解

試譯:..派遣人員的背景,幫助需要提供相關資訊和協助派遣者以減輕他/她們的壓力..
不確定這裡的 context 是不是背景的意思
還有 entails 的用法，以前學到的是必須或是需要的意思，但放在這裡好像就不太通
