buffet 可以是歐式自助餐或是吃到飽
另外兩個我不是這麼確定，是去 google 然後再自行判斷"好像有聽過"...Orz
full course 是套餐，或是說 combination
meals for (# of people) 是中式合菜，也可以說 banduet for (# of people),
set for (# of people) 或 shared dishes.
至於後面的那個 What is your flaver 是要問他喜歡吃什麼吧
What are your favorites? 也行
我覺得這樣問可以，如果能在問句後多舉一些例子可能對方比較好回答
: "喜不喜歡這些菜"(Do you like these dish?)
原句 these 是複數，dishes要加複數啊
也可以說 Do you enjoy your meal?
: "需不需要多一些米飯" (Do you want to more rice?)可以這樣說嗎?
這句想不到更好的說法， more 可改用 extra
但原問句有文法錯誤，Do you want to have more rice?

甜不辣是從日文的天婦羅 Tempura 來的，這麼說來黑輪也是從日文 oden 翻譯的
我沒有找到比較好的說法
而且有時候就算你說了名字，他們還是不懂這種東方食物是什麼
所以講長一點的句子來形容這種食物或乾脆找圖讓他們看是可以考慮的做法...
如果是說關東煮 Kanto cooking 的話，百度有人回答了

我總覺得這個說明怪怪的...要是我會說：

它通常是問某個動作
Ex: Do you do sports? Do you want some water?
Are 的問句因為 are 是 be 動詞
所以要接形容詞、名詞或動名詞(過去分詞-ed 現在分詞-ing)
它通常是問狀態的
Ex: Are you happy? Are you Kitty? Are you kidding? Are you tired?
