but since my chinese is limited (poor) so can you help me to translate

NUMBER 16: Board of Directors is incorporated when the JV Company is
registered.
NUMBER 17: Board of Directors (hereinafter known as the “Board”) consists
of 3 directors, 1 director appointed from PARTY A, 1 director appointed from
PARTY B, and 1 director appointed from PARTY C. The Board has 1 President
appointed by Party A. The term of office for President and directors is 4
years, and they can continue to hold the office if being appointed again by
the respective Parties for the next term of office.
NUMBER 18: The Board is the highest power organization in the JV Company and
to decide all the main policies. The most important matter has to be approved
by all members in the Board. While for other decisions and matters can be
resolved by voting with 2/3 of the Directors or the major voters in the
meeting itself.
NUMBER 19: President is the legal representative of this JV Company; if in
any case that the President has some obstacles in running his position, he
could appoint other members in the Board to represent him.
NUMBER 20: Board meeting is conducted at least once a year , called and
chaired by the President . Through one third or more from the directors of
the Board, President can summon a temporary board meeting out of the regular
yearly meeting, minutes of meetings should be made and filed properly. The
meetings of the Board should normally be held on the registered address of JV
Company.
NUMBER 21: Management of JV Company takes fully responsible to run the JV
Company daily. Operational management consists of one General Manager, 2
Deputy General Managers. General Manager is appointed by PARTY A, and each
Deputy General Manager is appointed by PARTY B and C respectively, with the
term of office of 4 years.
NUMBER 22: The obligation of General Manager is to carry out the decisions
from the Board, and to manage and to lead the daily operational works of JV
Company. Deputy General Managers are to assist the General Manager.
Operational & management organization can assign department managers to be
the head of departments, which assists General Manager and Deputy General
Manager in daily operational works and be responsible to General Manager and
Deputy General Managers.
NUMBER 23: In any case if the General Manager and Deputy General Manager be
treacherous and cannot perform well in their jobs, they can be replaced any
times through the resolution of the Board.
