E-BAY的客服人員您好,我是台灣的買家qqqqq,我在07年2月19日
向nnnnn購買了"物品A"
但是對方的物品是贗品,經過E-MAIL聯絡之後,賣方答應在收到我寄回的物品之後,
將款項退回我的PAYPAL帳戶,因此我在3月21日以航空掛號寄回給賣方,
但是至今已經19天了,賣方沒有回信,也沒有退回款項,
請E-BAY客服人員幫我處理,謝謝....
Dear E-Bay I am qqqqq in Taiwan. On Feb-19,
I bought a "A" from nnnnn. After check with seller, this is a fake material.
The seller has agreed to refund to my PAYPAL when we return to back.
Therefore I have send to seller by register mail to him.
But until now, it was pass 19 days,
seller did not confirm yet and not refund.
please help to deal with this issue. Thank you.
