[問題] 關於體脂肪一文的請教?
我記得從前看過一篇報導,關於人體體脂肪的部分,
講到頂尖運動員大約是10%以上,之前看到板上有文
張討論KOBE的體脂肪是3%,但我記得喬神第二次復出
的時候體脂肪是2%,因為體脂肪可以保護內臟,但頂尖
運動員身體各個部位都去鍛鍊,所以可以做到體脂肪
個位數,而且可以降低受傷的機會,很想請問一下板
上的高手,這種運動醫學上的根據,及他們是如何鍛鍊
身體各部分肌肉的。
