二帳號曾使用同一 IP 位址上站，且帳號名稱客觀上足以推定同人持有。
依 home-sale 板看板使用規範第二十條第三項，
「
受水桶處分期間，以其它帳號發言者，全部帳號從確定為同人持有時起，
重新計算為原判決應處分之水桶日數。
」
故看板認為不適用一般行政處分，有必要進行多重帳號調查，
並依調查結果決定是否處分二帳號水桶十四日。
