[問題] 關於法官保留原則
我想請問一下，
像是國家對於人身自由、隱私權(監聽)去限制時，要求有法官的令狀才可以侵害
我國法叫做是「法官保留」
不知道日本法上專門的用語是？最近在找這部分的資料
