l and general plastics surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and professional staff.

*Responsibility:
‧ Generate sales, conduct professional and effectively client consultations;
provide treatment and procedure information.
‧ Offer professional, prompt, and friendly customer service.
‧ Front Desk Reception: Welcome patients and visitors. Answer email/telephone
inquiries, appointment scheduling, manage patient records and effectively man
age transactions.
‧ Resolve customer issues and answer question to optimize patient satisfactio
n.
*Language Requirement: Competency in English and Chinese Speaking and Writing
*Personality Requirement:
‧ Detailed oriented and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
‧Be able to work in the fast-paced environment and has the ability for multi-
tasks.
‧Have friendly customer service
‧Must have a desire to learn and take new challenges
‧Must be a team player
*Experience Requirement:
‧Must have 1+ years retail experience in luxury goods/hospitality/medical spa
*Skill Requirement:
‧Familiar with basic computer programs: Such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
