房租每月$560，水電網路費另計(每月約$45)
含床墊（沒有床架）、書桌椅、桌燈和簡易的抽屜、一半的大衣櫃可以使用
和另外一位UCI學生合住主臥室。
廚房可以開伙，備有完整廚具與餐具，餐廳也有餐桌與椅子；客廳沒有家具，
不過歡迎在客廳一起翻滾！
社區有漂亮的游泳池、健身房和很多戶外烤肉架。
室友的組成是三男一女、兩位日本人、一個台灣人和一位美國人。
大家都很溫和安靜，不常喝酒但偶爾會邀請朋友來家裡一起吃飯

only be paying the rent from January 2017 to June 2017)
The room is shared with a UCI student(male) and simply furnished, including a
mattress, a desk and a chair.
This is a master room of a 3b/2b apartment.
Located in Turtle Rock Vista, right behind University High School. The
community includes two resort style swimming pools w/spa, Gym, and private
BBQ area.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
The living room is unfurnished but you are will come to use it!
Additional $45ish per month for utilities (Gas, Electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi)
We are UCI students who are calm and easygoing. There are 3 men and 1 girl
living in this apartment.
