High ceiling.
No smoking.
No pets.
Street parking.
Central AC/heating.
Washer/Dryer included.
Utilities (Internet/electricity/gas) will be split. (~10-20/mo)
Access to storage room.
A twin size ikea bedframe can be provided if necessary.
Looking for an honest, friendly, respectful, considerate, and clean person to live with.

生活機能非常方便 走路可到Ralphs, In N Out, 還有Main St的店家
附近也有Target, Costco, Fresh and Easy, Chase等
接近Highway 10/710/60
開車到USC主校區約20-30分鐘 (Highway不塞車的話)
到USC HSC約15分鐘 CSLA大約10分鐘
禁止吸煙 禁止養寵物 禁止辦party
目前室友兩女一男（兩位女生在工作，男生在上課）
個性都很好相處 都是ABC 中文說得滿好
