房間：雅房，乾淨寬敞(4.6m * 3.2m)，去年新鋪木地板，有附空調
衛浴＆廚房：（見相簿）附冰箱，烤箱，微波爐，
與其他兩間雅房男室友共用，暑假基本上沒什麼人在
家具：房東附單人床，書桌，辦公椅，我提供檯燈 掛衣架 小櫃子（見相簿）
洗衣：洗衣機投幣$2、烘衣機免費
水電，瓦斯，WIFI，車位需另付
