[租屋] Koreatown Sublease (Close to USC)

till mid-May 2015)
Room: 1 bedroom + 1bath room in a 2B2B apartment + 1 parking space.
Location: Ktown (Catalina st & 5th), it is really close to Wilshire&Vermont
metro station (7 minutes walk), and the bus stop (5 minutes walk), great
location for USC student (10 to 15 minutes)
Rent: $890 per month (also depends on the rate of rent)+ one month deposit (I
will return it to you if there is no serious damage)
Roommate: A Taiwanese PhD student in EE program (male, quiet, cool, calm with
great sense of humor, we having been roommate for 2 years and half)
