Apartment社區位於UTC靠近UCSD,附近生活很方便安全有需多超市,及公車站.
I-5就在2分鐘開車路程,I-805約5~10分鐘.

HI, I'm gonna move out from my apartment because of job transfer.
This apartment is LA SCALA, located in UTC, close to UCSD.
WATER, GAS, TRASH & SEWAGE & PARKING ARE INCLUDED.
Great location, walking distance to banks, VONS, WHOLE FOOD, TRANDER JOE'S and other local stores.
I will move out on April 11,2015,and my lease will end on JULY 23,2015.
You can decide to sign a new contract with the apartment after JULY23.
Also we can discuss the furniture WHAT U WANT in my studio.
