Health Science Campus與Alhambra，離USC main campus不塞車大約20 分鐘)
時間: 6/1 - 7/31 (暑假過後也歡迎續住)
房租: $695/month可議。所有utilities全包，含兩個月一次的清潔服務。
房間位於一棟condo中。另外有三位很好相處的女性室友，都是在USC工作或是讀書，需與
一位女性室友共用浴廁。房間含基本家具書桌、床、椅子與床頭櫃。客廳有電視沙發，廚
房設備齊全。社區內有游泳池與定時保全巡邏。需路邊停車，但車位蠻好找的。有興趣的

A single spacious bedroom in a 4 bedrooms condo. Simple furniture in the
bedroom including bed, table, chair and a nightstand. Shared bathroom with
one female housemate. You will be living with three other very easy-going
housemates who are studying/working at USC.
Need to do street parking, but it is not hard to find a spot around the
community.
