Job Title – Systems Engineer
Location - Long Beach, CA
Essential Skills
· Technical troubleshooting skills.
· Intermediate level experience supporting Windows servers and
applications.
· Beginner level experience support Microsoft SQL Server and TCP/IP
network.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience/Qualifications
· Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to support the
needs of a 24x7 SaaS solutions provider servicing some of the largest
financial institutions in the world, and carry pager provided by company.
· Experience participating in and leading problem resolution and
troubleshooting calls with large, geographically dispersed teams.
· Must be able to work well and remain professional under pressure.
· A strong ethic of customer service is essential.
· Must be an absolute team player with a positive, can do attitude.
· Experience supporting large, enterprise organizations is highly
desired.
· Experience working in a global team environment is a plus.
· Must have zeal to continue learning and improving as a
technologist.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work
experience.
· Microsoft/Cisco certification is a plus
Travel is expected to be less than 5%.
