雅房位於喜瑞都市(Cerritos) , 現在的室友將於July底回台灣, 所以想在這邊徵一位新
室友, 我們粉好相處ㄛ, 這邊整體環境治安也非常好, 而且空間也寬敞, 你如果是新生,
或剛到這邊, 有任何問題我會很樂意幫忙….:)
開車10分鐘到 CSU Fullerton / CSU Long Beach;
交通: 近91 / 605 Fwy交通便利
生活機能: 步行可至銀行(Chase/Wells Fargo),郵局, Ralphs/CVS Supermarket.
開車2分鐘到 Cerritos town center(Walmart,Target...)
3-5分鐘到大華99超市, 華人餐館(Chinese, Korean,Japanese, Indian)
$500 per month with all utilities included.
設備:包含 水/電/Cable/瓦斯/High Speed無線網路/中央空調
共用: 洗衣機 / 烘乾機 / 冰箱 /微波爐
包家具:Full Size床,書桌, walk-in closet., 立燈
