Nice furnished private bedroom + private bedroom available in a nice/ safe
neighborhood in West Los Angeles. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen
for cooking, high speed wireless internet included. Walking distance to CVS,
Albertson, Trader Joes, bus stop (to UCLA and SMC). Minutes away from the 405
and 10 freeway entrances and 20 minutes away from LAX if drives.
The rate is 30 $ includes all utility and internet. The weekly fee is 190 $.
Additional guest is $ 10 per night. The security deposit is 100$ for weekly
rental. It’s is the ideal place for students/ backpackers to stay.
