[問題] 闖紅燈照相
請問一下
我朋友前幾天在Culver City, LA收到路口攝影機照相的闖紅燈罰單 - $480, 但不確定該
怎麼辦, 因為去年中開始就有很多關於"LA紅燈拍照"不用付罰單的新聞報導和討論. 不知
道有沒有人有類似的經驗, 之前又是怎麼處理?又有什麼後續發展嗎?
有些新聞說, 由拍照得到的罰單不用付, 因為這個罰單並不是由"真的警察"給的, 並不會
影響你的DMV記錄,也不會影響你的信用紀錄. 儘管LA superior court會把帳單寄給
collector,並再寄信給你告訴你要另外多罰錢(因為你超過期限沒交錢). 但是新聞說,你
不用管他.

有的律師在網路上說, 如果你回信,或申請上訴,反而會讓情況更糟, 因為這樣他們反而可
以正式要你付錢.(等於你承認有這件事了吧)

由於我朋友在過路口的時候，前面的車突然剎車了一下，應該是在它卡在intersection
