[問題] 合約到期前漲房租?
大家好
小弟目前租的房子6/27合約到期 $820 之後month by month
不過預計約到期就搬走
manager知道我要搬走後後 今天收到一封漲房租的通知
6/1要漲到$850
我看了合約 有一條是 change of terms
內容是 The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject for future
change by onwer after the expiration of the agreed lease period upon
30 days written notice setting forth such change and delivered to
resident. Any changes are subject to laws in existence at the time of
the notice of change of terms.
根據小弟了理解 這條應該是說合約到期才能漲房租
還是加州規定合約期間內房租也可漲?
如果沒有的話小弟要去爭取自己的權益
另外 小弟經過這件事 非常不推這apt
manager似乎會搞房客(我不確定是不是onwer授意調漲的)
有在找房子的人可以站內信問我 避免踩到地雷
地區在Alhambra, Mission Rd的北邊
