His apartment's rent is 1495, so each person's rent is 747.5/month.
The apartment is at 8840 Costa Verde Blvd. and is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom.
The lease starts January 2nd and can be a half-year or full-year.
He is a very nice and easy going person and is looking for someone who is clean and easy going as well.
