Knicks not worried about trash talk By Ian Begley | ESPNNewYork.com GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Knicks proved to be susceptible to trash talk during the regular season. But Jason Kidd doesn't see it happening in the playoffs. "We’ve grown as a team, mentally and physically," Kidd said Friday. "Our job is to go out there and let our play do all the talking. We know that (Boston is) going to try and get after us mentally. Anthony said Friday that he won't let any of the Celtics' extracurricular tactics throw him off in the playoffs. "We ain’t worried about that. Mentally we’re locked in, we’re focused," said Anthony, who was suspended for one game for confronting Garnett. "We’re trying to win the series. As far as all the trash-talking and stuff goes, it’ s part of the game. They’re not going to get us with that. We’re ready to play.
