Eddie Griffin - F/C - Timberwolves
The Wolves and Clippers are talking about a deal that would send Eddie
Griffin to Los Angeles for forward Chris Wilcox.
Minnesota general manager Kevin McHale is reluctant to do the deal, fearing
that Wilcox may have his own issues, different from those of Griffin.

Anfernee Hardaway - G/F - Knicks
A league source said President Isiah Thomas has four potential teams
interested in Penny Hardaway's expiring $14.8 million expiring contract.
The four teams are believed to be Seattle, Orlando, Portland and Denver. He
has been rehabing his arthritic knees in Houston and is not expected back
this season.

Lamar Odom - F - Lakers
A league source told The Post the Knicks rejected the Lakers' offer of Lamar
Odom for rookie Channing Frye.
Odom is averaging 13.9 points and 9.4 rebounds, but the Knicks have doubts
about him being able to play in New York. N.Y. President Isiah Thomas said
Channing and Eddy Curry are the two untouchable players on the roster.
