#開放法術 : 智者第四階魔法-終極聖光(ultra_light)，9/3重開機後生效
*光魔法效果: 用全部法力攻擊周圍敵人，敵人身上的長效型法術越多傷
害越高。
*闇魔法效果: 自身法力小於最大值的 1/3時才能使用，從周圍所有角色
身上機率性吸收一個長效型法術，成功後轉化成自己的法力。
*光闇融合效果: 雙重法術(double_magic)和法術大師(spell_master)
技能都必需到達70以上，才可以同時施展終極聖光的光魔法與闇魔法。
用全部法力攻擊周圍敵人，敵人身上的長效型法術越多傷害越高，並機
率性吸收敵人身上一個長效型法術，成功後轉化成自己的法力。

#Activate Spell : 智者 4th Class Magic - ultra_light
*Light magic effect: Attack surrounding enemies with all
sp, the more long-lasting spells the enemy has, the more
damage they do.
*Dark magic effect: Can only be used when your sp is less
than 1/3 of its maximum value. Absorb a long-lasting
spell from all surrounding characters randomly, and
convert it to your own sp if successful.
*Light and Dark Fusion Effect: Both double_magic and
spell_master skills must reach 70 or higher to cast
ultra_light with both light and dark magic. Use all
your sp to attack the surrounding enemies, the more
long-lasting spells the enemy has, the higher the damage
will be, and absorb one of the long-lasting spells on the
enemy randomly, and turn it into your own sp if successful.
