1.修正：國家功能導致客戶端當機的問題。
2.修訂：對話框UI(例: help news)在不同解析度下統一行數。
3.修訂：信件UI增為同時顯示7行。

The command of the kingdom will crash the client.
2.Modification:
The UI of "help news" will be the same rows of text
in different resolutions of the monitor.

The UI of the mail will be extended to 7 rows.
