說明:
1.新增："鎖定選取目標"功能，當點選目錄後，目標ID顯示於右下角的
血條旁，之後便可以直接攻擊目標。按'ESC'取消目前選取的目標。
2.調整：金錢,經驗值,在顯示位數過大時,會以縮簡方式表示:
m - 百萬 (10的 6次方)
b - 十億 (10的 9次方)
t - 兆 (10的 12次方)
可以指向數值，會彈出小視窗，裡面有真實的數字。
3.調整：增加客戶端每秒最大指令輸出數量，以配合PK區可使用10次
命令的限制。
#追加：國家狀態(kingdom_stat)增加查詢國家生物位置的功能。
#修正：神劍‧流螢(floating light)的任務增加提示訊息。

Descript:
1.Add a new feature, "lock the target". When you click
the target, its ID will show in the box in the lower
right corner, near the position of the blood bar.
Then you can attack the target immediately.
You can delete the "ID" by using the "ESC" key.
2.If the EXP, GOLD, EXP too large to show, they will
show by reduce-number:
m - million, b - billion, t - tera.
When you position the number, the real number will
show in the pop-up window.
3.Modify the max input-command for suiting the PK area.
#ADD FEATURE: button:國家狀態 add the feature of checking
the position of the kingdom mobs.
#Modify: Add quest hint of the quest of 神劍‧流螢
(floating light)
