Dear supporters,
親愛的球迷
while I'm writing to you, I have mixed feelings: on the one hand,
I must admit I regret the defeat against Inter, on the other hand
I believe that we'll do well, very well, in the final rush.
What happened Wednesday night is under everybody's eyes:
the Nerazzurri kicked one shot on goal, compared to our 8,
but unfortunately their only attempt was the winning one.
當我寫這封信給你們的時候，我的心情是極其複雜的：
一方面我必須承認對Inter的那場敗仗讓我相當悔恨，
另一方面，我仍然相信，面對聯賽階段的最後衝刺，
我們會做好一切，且做得很好！
週三晚上對Inter的比賽發生了什麼事每個人都看到了：
相比我們所做出的八次中目標射門，Inter只做出了一次，
但是很不幸地，他們的惟一一射，也是致勝的一射。
Such is football: when the ball just does not want to get in,
there's no way you can make it. We tried really hard but we found
an extraordinary Toldo in every occasion. We're undoubtedly disappointed
for losing the match as well as the advantage over Milan
but these are the very starting points for me to look
at the remaining six matches with great confidence.
這就是足球啊：
當那顆（該死的）球就是不肯進網，你拿它什麼辦法也沒有。
我們非常努力地嘗試各種進球的方法，
但是卻發現了一個異常出色的Toldo總是擋住了去路，
毫無疑問地，我們對於輸掉該場比賽與失去對ACM在積分上的領先優勢而沮喪，
不過我將之視為一個起點，並對餘下的六場聯賽懷有著巨大的信心。
In these cases,
it is usual to think about one match at a time..it is true but partly.
We must also have the ultimate target, the Scudetto,
clear in our minds and play every single shot as
it was the decisive one to win the title.
在這種情況下，某種程度來說應該要一次只想著一場比賽，
但我們也必須要想著最終目標－聯賽冠軍－在腦中清楚地刻畫這個目標，
然後把握住每次機會，就像是它是贏得聯賽冠軍的決定性機會一樣！
We'll be in Rome next Sunday to play a decisive match
against Lazio and it will be the same the following Sunday
against Bologna and so forth. This must be our attitude:
there won't be only one direct face-to-face match,
there will be six and we must and want to win them all.
下週日我們將會在羅馬與Lazio進行一場關鍵比賽，
再之後的週日將會對上Bologna。
而這將會是我們的態度：
接下來將不會只有一場直接面對面的對決，而是六場，
我們必須，而且我們就是要！贏下這每一場比賽！
