Jeremy Lin has unique perspective on racially charged comments

Having been a subject of racist comments following his sudden rise to fame,
Rockets guard Jeremy Lin said the Donald Sterling situation brought reminders
of comments that had been directed at him and made him especially happy about
the league’s swift response.
身為一個因為急速竄起的Linsanity而引來種族歧視言論的主角, 林書豪說快艇老闆
Donald Sterling事件再度讓大家注意到朝著林書豪而來的種族歧視言論, 同時林書
豪也很開心聯盟很迅速的對此做出了回應
“I was definitely shocked,” Lin said. “But I have kind of gone through
Linsanity and hearing and seeing things people said. I guess I wish it wasn’
t like that but I am not oblivious to some of the ridiculousness that is out
there and I have been exposed to some of it. I am all for heading in the
right direction and I think that’s where we are. Out of that negative comes
a strong and positive statement.
林說：我真的很震驚, 在當初Linsanity時我也聽聞過類似的事, 那時我希望事情不會
真的是那樣, 我也有察覺到一些愚蠢的事情朝向我來, 但我還是無法全身而退, 不小心
的曝露在幾件上面. 但我始終讓自己朝著正確的方向前進, 我也認為這是我們該身處
的地方, 只要遠離那些負面的事物, 我們便會自然產生正面的力量以及說著正面的言論
“I think it’s great. It was an unfortunate and weird situation. I
definitely think it’s a right step in the right direction. I’m glad it’s
over. I feel bad for the Clippers and for the Warriors for having to play
through something like that with all the distraction and the noise and taking
away from what they are trying to do on the court. Hopefully we can get back
to basketball now.”
他繼續說：我覺得這樣很棒，這雖然是件不幸且詭異的事情，但我認為現在聯盟與大家
都在正確的方向上做出正確的回應，我很開心事情已經結束，同時也替快艇以及勇士必
須在這種情緒影響下比賽，希望我們都能很快的回歸到籃球上來！

這種人的心態著實很令人無言，我也很能體會許多林迷義憤填膺挺身筆戰的情緒
我忝為版主，能做的就是幫大家把那些無理取鬧
意圖浪費自己與他人寶貴時光的酸民，用版規在合法的條件下趕走
但對於聚集在這版的大家，借用第二段林書豪的一句話與大家互相打氣
