[請益] 有人寄無追蹤碼海運遇過這種事嗎？
之前請朋友從日本寄一小箱書來台
朋友是寄海運，沒有買保險與追蹤碼（價格有差別）
但轉到台灣的郵局後，居然自動變成掛號郵件
上面還貼了「公事掛號函件」的貼紙
雖然覺得很感動，可是還是很好奇
有人也有遇過嗎？
想知道是台灣的郵局一下弄錯，還是常見的情況...
